Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Business Development, Marketing, and Content Creation Specialist to support our growth goals. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing, ad creation, and content strategy, and a passion for taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Assist in developing high-quality and engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
Ad Campaign Management: Design, create, and manage effective advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms.
Social Media Strategy: Contribute to planning and executing social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Marketing Analytics: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Business Development: Collaborate on initiatives to identify new opportunities, build partnerships, and drive company growth.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute fresh ideas for brand development and outreach.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, and ad campaign management (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).
Skills: Strong copywriting and graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
Knowledge: Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and digital marketing trends.
Creativity: Ability to create engaging, on-brand content and campaigns.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Initiative: Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion: Interest in crypto, trading, or fintech is a bonus!
